Surfacewater - hourly surface water discharges in catchment at Cabauw
Oppervlaktewater - uurlijkse afvoeren van oppervlakte water voor stroomgebied rond Cabauw

Discharge has been measured at three locations. At these locations, measurement weirs have been installed in May 2007 to estimate discharges accurately. A V-notch weir is used to measure the inflow of surface water into the catchment near the Wielse Kade (Qin). Trapezoidal Rossum weirs have been installed to measure outflow (Qout1 and Qout2), of which the stage-discharge relations have been obtained by laboratory calibration. The uncertainty associated with the discharge measurement can be considerable in some cases.

Afvoer is gemeten op drie locaties. Op deze locaties zijn in mei 2007 waterkeringen geinstalleerd op de afvoer nauwkeurig te kunnen bepalen. Een waterkering met V-inkeping nabij de Wielse Kade is gebruikt om de invoer van oppervlakte water in het stroomgebied (Qin) te meten. Trapezoide Rossum waterkeringen zijn geinstalleerd om de uitstroom (Quot1 en Quot2) te meten. De opzet-afvoer relatie van deze waterkeringen zijn in het laboratorium gecalibreerd. De onzekerheid in de afvoer bepaling kan in sommige situaties aanzienlijk zijn.
