A selection of atmospheric weather model parameters. It concerns near surface and boundary layer parameters of UWC-West HARMONIE model (most recent cycle), for the Dutch domain. For this weather forecast model KNMI works closely with Iceland, Denmark and Ireland on local short-term weather forecasts under the name "United Weather Centres-West" (UWC-West). An international project team is working on a joint Numerical Weather Prediction model (NWP), procurement and management of the HPC (supercomputer) and infrastructure. The set consists of NetCDF format files (one file for each parameter) of for example wind, temperature and precipitation parameters. The output parameter 'wet bulb globe temperature' is experimental, please be aware that it may undergo changes or be discontinued at any time without prior notice. The forecast time resolution is 1 hour, with a forecast horizon of 60 hours. The resolution of the grid is 2km x 2km. The files are updated every hour.

Een selectie van atmosferische weermodel parameters. Het betreft over het algemeen parameters nabij het aardoppervlak van het UWC-West HARMONIE model (meest recente modelversie), voor het Nederlandse domein. Voor dit weersverwachtingsmodel werkt het KNMI nauw samen met IJsland, Denemarken en Ierland aan lokale korte-termijn weersverwachtingen, onder de naam "United Weather Centres-West" (UWC-West). Een internationaal projectteam werkt aan een gezamenlijk Numerical Weather Prediction model (NWP), aanschaf en onderhoud van de HPC (supercomputer) en infrastructuur. De set bestaat uit NetCDF formaat bestanden (één file per parameter) van bijvoorbeeld wind-, temperatuur- en neerslagparameters. De uitvoerparameter 'wet bulb globe temperature' is experimenteel, houd er rekening mee dat deze op elk moment kan worden gewijzigd of stopgezet zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving. De tijdresolutie van de verwachting is 1 uur, met een verwachtingshorizon van 60 uur. De gridresolutie is 2km x 2km. De bestanden worden elk uur ververst.
