This dataset contains cloud condensation nuclei counts (expressed in counts/cm3) and the particle size distribution (top of bins are 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, up to 10 microns), expressed in counts/s for a continuous repetition of a set of saturation levels. Typical operational parameters are 5 saturation settings, with 5 until 10 minutes settle time between settings. The CCN counter (Droplet Measurement Technologies) is operated in the basement of the Cabauw tower, with an inlet pipe bolted to the tower and has the inlet opening at 60 meters height

Deze dataset bevat wolken condensatiekernen aantallen (in deeltjes/cm3) en deeltjesgrootteverdeling (bovengrens van de bins is resp. 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 tot 10 micron). De deeltjesgrootteverdeling is uitgedrukt in deeltjes/s voor een continue herhaling van een set van verzadigingsniveaus. Typische operationele instelling was 5 verzadigingsniveaus met 5 tot 10 minuten insteltijd tussen de settings. De CCN counter (Droplet Measurement Technologies) was opgesteld in de kelder van de Cabauw meetmast. De aanvoerleiding had de inlaat opening op 60 m hoogte.
