This dataset contains X-band (9.475 GHz) weather radar measurements from the TU Delft IRCTR drizzle radar IDRA. It includes plan-position indicators (PPI) of co-polarised reflectivity measurements at horizontal polarisation. IDRA is mounted at the top of the Cabauw tower and is scanning horizontally at a fixed low elevation angle, covering a radius of 15 km (30 m range resolution) or 1.5 km (3 m range resolution). The antenna of IDRA is rotating at a speed of one round per minute. The dataset contains one PPI every five minutes.

Deze dataset bevat X-band (9,475 GHz) weerradar gegevens gemeten met de motregen radar IDRA van TU- Delft (IRCTR). De data bevat plan-positie indicators (PPI) van co-polariseerde refectiviteits metingen met horizontale polarisatie. IDRA staat boven op de 213 m hoge meetmast in Cabauw en scant horizontaal met een vaste geringe elevatiehoek. Het bereik is 15 km met een radiele resolutie van 30 m, of 1,5 km met 3 m resolutie. De antenne van IDRA maakt een volledige horizontale scan per minuut. De dataset bevat een (1) PPI per 5 minuten.
