WAQUA surge timeseries obtained with forcings from KNMI-RACMO-ECEARTH ensemble

WAQUA opzet tijdseries verkregen met forceringen uit KNMI-RACMO-ECEARTH ensemble

Data set contains a 16-member ensemble of multi-annual time series of wind-induced surge and astronomical tide for eight stations along the Dutch coast. 1-hourly time series are generated with the Northsea surge model WAQUA (nominal resolution 8km) driven by 3-hourly atmospheric fields of wind and pressure obtained from the climate model RCM-GCM combination RACMO-ECEARTH. The eight stations are, ordered from south-west to north-east: Vlissingen, Hoek van Holland, IJmuiden, Den Oever, Kornwerderzand, Harlingen, Lauwersoog, Delfzijl.

Data set omvat een 16-member ensemble met lang-jarige tijdseries voor wind-geinduceerde opzet en astronomisch getij voor acht stations langs de Nederlandse kust. De 1-uurlijkse tijdseries zijn berekend met het Noordzee opzetmodel WAQUA (nominale resolutie 8km) geforceerd met 3-uurlijkse velden van luchtdruk en wind afkomstig uit de RCM-GCM klimaatmodelketen RACMO-ECEARTH. De acht stations zijn, op volgorde van van zuidwest naar noordoost : Vlissingen, Hoek van Holland, IJmuiden, Den Oever, Kornwerderzand, Harlingen, Lauwersoog, Delfzijl.
