This data set contains output from the model runs that were used to produce the Dutch Offshore Wind Atlas (DOWA), but for the full domain, on model levels and for more parameters. DOWA provides a validated wind climatology based on 10 years (2008-2017) of model data: weather model HARMONIE-AROME is nested in re-analyses ERA5. Note: the proj4 string in the NetCDF file is incorrect. It should be: +proj=lcc +lat_1=52.500000 +lat_2=52.500000 +lat_0=52.500000 +lon_0=.000000 +k_0=1.0 +x_0=649536.512574 +y_0=1032883.739533 +a=6371220.000000 +b=6371220.000000

Deze data set bevat uitvoer van de model runs die zijn gebruikt voor de Dutch Offshore Wind Atlas (DOWA), maar op het volledige model domein, op model niveau's en voor meer parameters. DOWA is gevalideerde windklimatologie (en informatie over temperatuur, druk en relatieve vochtigheid) gebaseerd op 10 jaar (2008-2017) modeldata waarbij weermodel HARMONIE-AROME genest is in heranalyse ERA5. Let op: de proj4 tekst in de NetCDF bestanden is niet correct.
